It all starts with your idea and learning about your vision.

We understand that incorporating new technologies into your business can be challenging, which is why we help you understand the advantages and disadvantages letting you make informed decisions.

The process kicks off with signing a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). If you do not have your own we can provide you with one. Once you are comfortable with sharing your vision with us we then work towards making it a reality.

We offer advice and recommendations and keep you updated of the progress every step of the way.

Requirement Analysis

We pick your brains for a few hours ... and maybe a couple more.

This is a crucial stage in the development process. It is important we understand the concept in minute detail, discuss and explore different avenues and ideas as well as a feasibility study and a competitor analysis.

At the end of the discussion a Scoring Document is produced which will serve as a guideline of the Application.

Functional Specification

Timelines, Technical details and the Budget.

After the Requirements analysis we then create the Functional Specification Document. This contains a detailed scope, the exact functionality, technical details, timelines and a cost estimate.

Wireframes

A tangible form which can be reviewed, refined and fine-tuned.

With the Project Scope in hand we then create an interactive wireframe of the Application that you can try out on any smart phone. The wireframes are a visual guide that represents the skeletal framework of the Application.

The interactive wireframes will allow you to click through to different screens and experience the functionality firsthand making fine tuning faster.

UX / Interaction Design

Interface design (UX) and interaction design is all about keeping users engaged. A well designed interface is memorable and intuitive and keeps users coming back for more.

Your application interface will be custom designed instead of using boring old templates. Each and every button, container and icon will be designed from scratch and tailored to your specific needs.

Development

Build, Test, Refine.

With the foundation set in place the development is a breeze. At this point we know exactly what we're building and will keep you informed of the progress with regular updates. You decide the frequency of the updates.

The Beta version of the App will let you demonstrate the application to all interested parties such as stake holders and investors. We use Agile development methods allowing us to be flexible as well as the ability to make last minute changes if required.

At the end of the Development process a Beta version of the app will be released and subjected to testing before the final version is made available at the App Stores.

Launching a new Application for the first time is an exciting experience. Taking care of the little things and a strong presence in the App Store or Google Play Store makes all the difference, We will help you with creating images of the application in action and writing content to make the launch a success.
